Seattle Waterfront Wheel
Located on the waterfront on pier 57 near the Seattle Aquarium. It costs 13 dollars for a ride and you only get 4 revolutions, three if its busy. Happily the wheel is wheelchair accessible and completely enclosed for comfort in crappy weather. The ride lasts about 20 minutes.
